Shopping centres in Casablanca: 8 malls to know in 2026

Morocco Mall, Californie Mall, Marina… 8 shopping centres in Casablanca, with cinemas, leisure and good-to-know tips. Checked one by one.

Raining, 35 degrees, or kids going stir-crazy? In Casablanca, the reflex is the mall. And there's one for every need. On the Aïn Diab corniche, the Morocco Mall and AnfaPlace share the promenade facing the ocean. In town, Marina Shopping, Tachfine Center and the Californie Mall are built around a Marjane hypermarket. In Casa Finance City, Aeria Mall opened in 2023 in the heart of the business district.

Further out, La Promenade in Bouskoura and Sela Plaza in Dar Bouazza serve their neighbourhoods. We picked eight shopping centres that are open and listed on sam.ma. For each one: the shops, the leisure options (aquarium, ice rink, cinema, kids' area), food, hours and parking, when a source gives them. Opening dates and figures come from the press or official websites, and we state their year.

Updated October 2026.

How we chose these places

We started from the shopping centres listed on SAM.ma in Casablanca. We read customer reviews, went through menus, websites and Instagram accounts, and kept only one address per brand. This isn't a ranking: we wanted a mix of styles and budgets.

Nothing is made up. If we couldn't check a price or opening hours, we left it out. Google ratings date from October 2026 and the photos come from the SAM.ma listings.
