Le Resto by Palmeraie Country Club in Bouskoura: our review

At the Palmeraie Country Club in Bouskoura, Le Resto bets on brasserie cooking and a terrace facing the greens. We've filmed it over several Ramadans.

Eleven kilometres from central Casablanca, you get a change of scene. The Palmeraie Country Club stretches across Bouskoura's Ville Verte, around an 18-hole golf course. Its restaurant is simply called Le Resto. A chic brasserie, with a terrace overlooking the greens.

We know it well: we've been filming it for several years, especially during Ramadan.

What you eat there the rest of the year

The menu follows the brasserie spirit. Regional, seasonal produce, a French touch, local inspirations. On the listing, the cuisine is classed as French, with Moroccan and Mediterranean accents.

Le Resto is open for both lunch and dinner. People come with family, with friends, or for an after-work drink. Some evenings, there's live music. And for a business meal or a birthday, a private room is available.

Ramadan ftour, its speciality

It's during Ramadan that we've filmed Le Resto the most. In 2026, the offer was an all-you-can-eat buffet at 490 DH. International buffet, varied stations, fresh produce, show cooking and elaborate desserts.

What stuck with us that year: smooth organisation, well-structured service, a chic, family atmosphere. You come to enjoy yourself, not to chase after dishes. Every Ramadan, the standard stays consistent.

Back in 2025, we filmed the ftour by chef Mohamed and his team. At the buffet: salads, Lebanese specialities, sushi, shawarma and pizzas made to order. The dessert buffet was by the pastry chef. All with a live orchestra. Ftour started from 6:30 pm.

These prices and menus date from Ramadan 2025 and 2026. For the next one, you'll need to check the new offer.

The atmosphere

The setting is elegant, calm and spacious. Inside as well as on the terrace. The complex around it also has a spa, a gym, tennis, football and padel courts, and two swimming pools. If you're a club member or guest, the restaurant is part of the day.

Google reviews are more mixed: 3.8 out of 5 from 74 reviews at the end of July 2026. Too few reviews to form a definitive opinion. The best thing is to go.

Good to know before you go

Our 2026 video was made as part of a paid collaboration with the establishment. We'd rather tell you. It's there to show you the place. It's up to you to form your own opinion.

During Ramadan, book. The Palmeraie's ftour fills up, and we've seen it every year.
