A second visit to Napolitano, the Neapolitan pizzeria on rue Lafayette. Has the quality held up? Our review.
A first visit can go well. The second is the real test. A few months ago, we discovered Napolitano in Tangier. In October 2026, we went back to check one thing: is it still as good?
Short answer: yes. The pizzas hold up, and prices haven't moved since our first visit.

Napolitano is at 34 rue Lafayette, right in the centre of Tangier, opposite the Rania hotel. Easy to find, even if you don't know the city well.
The name says it all. On its website, the restaurant talks about slow-proved dough, fresh ingredients and traditional Neapolitan baking. That's all we ask of a pizza.
The brand isn't only in Tangier: it also has locations in Oujda and Berkane.
Pizzas, first of all. The website promises a wide choice. But the menu doesn't stop there: there are also focaccias and pasta. Handy when someone at the table doesn't want pizza.
Our advice: come as a group and share. A pizza each, a focaccia in the middle, and everyone tries a bit of everything.
Prefer to stay home? Napolitano also delivers, according to its website. Eat in or at home, it's up to you.
That's what brought us back. For us, the value for money remains one of the best in the city for a pizza of this standard. And it's not just us: on Google, the pizzeria showed 4.6 out of 5 from 450 reviews in July 2026. For such a recent place, that's a good sign.
Even better: with the code SAM20, you get 20% off. The offer is valid until 31 December.
Napolitano works just as well for families as for groups of friends. There's table service. The SAM.ma listing mentions wheelchair access and vegetarian options, which matters when you go out as a group.
Another plus: the pizzeria closes late. You can drop in after a film or a stroll along the boulevard, without rushing.
